Main road in Stocksbridge due to be resurfaced

A busy road through a Sheffield suburb is to be resurfaced as part of the city-wide Streets Ahead project.

The £2.2 billion project will see the city’s streets and pavements upgraded over 25 years.

From Monday, February 29, Manchester Road in Stocksbridge will be resurfaced from Unsliven Road to Vaughton Hill.
