Dearne Community won 4-1 at Sheffield Lane Top, Phil King at the double. Dinnington Town were also 2-1 winners, against HSBC, marksmen Liam Cartledge and Scott Shepherd.

Frecheville pulled off a 3-1 win over Worsbrough Common in Division One, Kyle McFadzean scoring a brace. Tom Beevers hit both goals as Handsworth beat Penistone Church 2-1.

Mexborough Main Street advanced in the League Cup, beating Athersley Rec 3-1, an own goal adding to those netted by Grant Allott and Gary Hibbett in this first round clash.

Hollinsend Ams slammed Sheffield Athletic 12-0, Ralph Husband hitting a four and Mark Caine a hat-trick.

Parramores Sports beat Penistone Church 7-1, John Williams another four-goal striker. Ecclesfield Red Rose went through 2-1 against Blackburn Railway.
