Magical Enchanted Garden light spectacular returns to Doncaster's Brodsworth Hall for Christmas

Between 5 and 22 December, the grounds of the English Heritage property will be bathed in spectacular lighting and visitors will be able to follow an illuminated trail through the gardens, taking in various magical lighting and surprises along the way.

The event, which runs Thursdays’ to Sundays’ during December from 4.30pm, will give visitors a rare opportunity to explore this historic property after dark.

Marshmallows, mulled wine and hot chocolate will be available and last-minute Christmas shopping can be done in the festive shop.

Catherine Miller-Gough, Events Project Manager at English Heritage said: “Brodsworth Hall is a stunning site at any time of the year but in the evening, lit-up, it’s set to be extra special.

“This is going to be a wonderful event for all ages – we’ve got unique lights, marshmallows in our fire-pit, hot chocolate and food along the trail. It’s set to be a spectacular event so book early!”

The event runs Thursday, 5 – Sunday 8 December; Thursday, 12 – Sunday 15 December and Thursday, 19 – Sunday 22 December from 4:30pm
