Luxury apartments with a spectacular view of Sheffield's Botanical Gardens

A few years ago a survey carried out by estate agents Savills into what buyers of prime property outside London seek from their new home found that the most desired attribute is a good view. In their opinion views sell houses and a particularly spectacular one can add as much as 85 per cent onto the price of an individual property.

There is no doubt that a lovely view, as well as commanding a higher price for a property, is certainly a selling point and one which should be exploited.
