Lunchtime group to help Sheffield businesswomen make new contacts

The Women in Business Network is to open a new group in Sheffield.

It will be the sixth group the network has launched in Yorkshire, with a meeting to be held at Piccolino’s restaurant in Sheffield city centre, on Wednesday, February 10.

The Women in Business Network meets monthly at lunchtimes and helps businesswomen and professionals develop contacts.

There are 103 WIBN groups across the country.

Yorkshire Director, Paula Grizzard, said: “We have had rapid growth over the last 18 months setting up two groups in Leeds, and one each in Harrogate, Wakefield and York.

“Now is the time to move into South Yorkshire. Our aim is to have 10 groups in Yorkshire by the end of 2016, so for there will be a group in a convenient location for everyone.”
