Lo blow as Eagles star dislocates shoulder
The PNG speedster dislocated his shoulder on his debut against Batley, and aggravated the same injury scoring a try in the victory over Bradford Bulls.

Hide AdWhilst director of rugby Mark Aston confirmed that the re-occurrence of his shoulder injury isn’t serious, Lo missed the defeat at Oldham and hasn’t been included in the 19-man squad for the cup clash with Wakefield this evening.
“Garry just sprung his shoulder again but it isn’t as bad as the initial injury,” Aston told The Star.
“We were hopeful, but we remain confident he will be okay in a week or two. We will continue to look at him and then make a call. He didn’t dislocate it again at Bradford, it just popped. It was already sore because he had received a bang on it just before, so hopefully it won’t be too long before he returns.

That’s not the reason why we have struggled though, we know we need to be more disciplined and make sure we execute the game plan to perfection. When we do that we are fine, when we don’t we look clueless at times.”
Another key figure missing out is Scott Wheeldon, who also picked up an injury at Bradford which kept him out of last weekend’s trip to Bower Fold.
Despite the notable absentees, Aston is refusing to blame injuries for the Eagles’ woes, as he looks for a response to what was another disappointing result at Oldham.

“It isn’t injuries that are our problem, that’s for sure.
“Mitch Stringer has a point to prove, he was missing at Oldham. There will certainly be changes.”
The Eagles will be huge underdogs as they face a Wakefield side that will be buoyed by their 62-0 pasting of Wigan last Sunday.
