Let it snow
Can you please explain to me why so much time was wasted on the news about snow?
It happens every year and is something that most people take for granted, so why is it newsworthy?
I was at Silverdale school in June 1962 and had to walk to the bus terminus at Ecclesall Road South. By the time I got there I was covered head to toe.
Did we make a fuss about it? No! We just got on with it.
The only conclusion I can come up with is nothing else was newsworthy on BBC this Friday night
