Learn to ‘talk’ with your pet

Have your say

SHEFFIELD people are invited to book their place on a weekend Animal Communication workshop.

The workshop will be staged on Saturday and Sunday at the RSPCA Sheffield Animal Centre in Stadium Way, Attercliffe.

The communication session will be run by renowned animal communicator Pea Horsley.

Kathryn Whitlam, chairman and honorary trustee for the RSPCA Sheffield Branch, said: “It’s always exciting when Pea holds one of her animal communication workshops here in Sheffield.

“It’s astonishing what you can learn about your pet and animal behaviour, and even those with extensive experience with animal care have commented on the positive experience they have had at one of Pea’s events.

“Pea’s workshops help provide an interesting and holistic approach to animal care, complementing the other rehabilitation work we do here in the centre.

“Pea teaches people a method of communicating with their much-loved pet and other animals.

“She really opened my eyes in ways I may not otherwise have considered and the experience is inspiring.”

Pea encourages people to be open to the concept that animal communication is an intuitive language between humans and animals, and that animals communicate in a non-verbal language using their senses - something which humans can learn to read and engage with.

She gives another way of thinking about how humans can communicate with animals and pets, using emotions, sensations and thoughts.
