A show featuring futuristic hairstyles and fashion will mark the joint anniversaries of a salon and an art community.
The ‘Pack of Tomorrow’ fashion show and party will be held to mark the 175th anniversary of the Sheffield Institute of Arts and also the 10th anniversary of salon Wigs and Warpaint.
The event, which will include a tribal infused hair fashion show, has been organised by Wigs and Warpaint Hair and Beauty Salon and students from the Fashion Management and Communication Course at Sheffield Institute of Arts.
Hosted by celebrity hairdresser Adee Phelan and Gosh Promotions Director Becky Hayes, the show will have a clubbing vibe, with music from DJs Franky Wah, Scott Diaz and Paul Cox, plus Danielle Moore from the popular band Crazy P.
Salon Owner and Creative Director Claire Flack said: “We’ve come a long way since we opened , we’ve created a great team, won multiple awards, have a loyal following and are known for being vibrant, forward-thinking and energetic.
“Our amazing creative team are no strangers to creating sensational hair for fashion shoots and catwalks so we’re looking forward to giving people a fabulous show.”
