Michael Timothy Goodhead, 35, of Holly Avenue, Ripley. Pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol belonging to Premier Stores. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £13 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Cheryl Hughes, 39, of Rectory Road, Clowne. Pleaded guilty to stealing fragrance belonging to Debenhams. Fined £40 and must pay compensation of £51 and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
