Richard Barry Budworth, 39, of Saltergate, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing packs of meat valued at £57.96 belonging to Lidl. Fined £40 and must pay £57.96 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Community order to last until July 1, 2019, with a Thinking Skills Programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.
