Jordan Bannister, 19, of Malson Way, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend with a probation officer. Order varied with an additional 15 hours of unpaid work now totalling 115 hours with a 22 day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Original requirements to continue including a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and unpaid work. Must pay £60 costs.

Jason Joseph Keith Tighe, 27, of Hanbury Close, Holmehall, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to attending an address which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Pleaded guilty to assault a police officer in the execution of his duty. Must pay £100 compensation. Committed to prison for eight weeks.

Courtney Jade Purcell, 18, of Brome Head Way, Newbold, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer. Fined £162 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £175 costs. Admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge for a year for an offence of causing criminal damage. No action taken on the breach.

Darren Lee Marples, 49, of HM Prison, Perry Road, Sherwood, Nottingham. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour at Vicar Lane, Chesterfield. Fined £80 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Louie McAndrew, 19, of Windermere Road, Newbold, Chesterfield. Complaint for a football banning order to be imposed because it is alleged he has caused or contributed to violence or disorder. Football banning order made for three years.

Kevin Keith Johns, 29, of South Crescent, Duckmanton, Chesterfield. Non-payment of a fine of £218. Committed to custody for 14 days further suspended. To pay £218 as £40 every month. Non-payment of a fine of £340. Committed to custody for eleven days further suspended. To pay £340 at £40 per month.

Wayne Stuart Thackray, 28, of Cauldon Drive, Chesterfield. Convicted of two counts of assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty. Convicted for an original offence which was subject to a community order of contacting someone which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Convicted for an original offence which was subject to a community order of stealing razors valued at £99 belonging to Boots. Dealt with for an original offence which was subject to a suspended sentence order of a further count of contacting someone which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Jason Anthony Neale Dluzewski, 36, of Clarence Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to damaging a near-side car door to the value of £300 belonging to Derbyshire Constabulary. Fined £80 and must pay £150 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Steven Jon Griffiths, 43, of No Fixed Abode. Indicated a guilty plea to attending a certain address in Holmewood, Chesterfield, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £384 and must pay a £38 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Fiseal Riaz, 33, of New Street, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

David Mark Cusick, 29, of Recreation Road, Wirksworth, Matlock. Found guilty of exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £850 costs. Community order to last until March 19, 2019, with 140 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Richard Noel Fagan, 33, of Westfield Road, Killamarsh. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed a drink-drive offence.
