Ladies' club in cash dash
A 14-strong team from the Tone House Ladies’ Fitness Club made sure they were in good form for the five kilometre dash, that showers the runners and walkers with mists of spray paint at strategic points of the course.
Tone House owner Kayleigh Mitchell organised the run, and is offering free trials to women of all shapes, ages and sizes who want to improve their fitness, and feel and look better for the summer.

Mums, daughters, grans, sisters, friends and workmates laced up their trainers and entered into the spirit of the day, with much laughter as they gathered more colour to their costumes as they rounded the course.
Entries are now being taken for the 2017 Colour Dash on April 29.
Prices vary for adults, children, teams and family groups.
This year entrants ran, walked, jogged, skipped and even hopped their way through five colour stations to raise a great amount for Bluebell Wood.
The hospice relies heavily on donations to keep giving help and support to children with terminal illnesses and their families.
