Labour party unelectable

Have your say

On Saturday, September 12, 2015 the Labour Party rendered itself unelectable to government for the next 20 years.

Laudable though Jeremy Corbyn’s aims may be, the days of cloth cap, scarf and boots politics have gone.

Changes in social attitudes demand a socialist party that is economically and financially savvy and which can implement socialist policies which have a realistic chance of success and which would appeal to a majority of voters.

My father was a miner and voted Labour all his life and I suppose I shall continue to do the same, although I think I shall be wasting my time.
