Jobs at risk as Meadowhall fashion favourite teeters on brink
It is being reported that the company which owns a popular Meadowhall ladies fashion store is about to go into administration.
Sky News say that Calvetron Brands Limited - the womenswear group behind the Jacques Vert brand - will make the announcement in the next 24 hours.
The company employ almost 1,000 people in the UK including some at the Jacques Vert outlet at Meadowhall.
Sky News say they understand the company will instruct administrators Duff and Phelps in the morning, less than a year after a rescue deal supposedly saved the firm last June.
