Jewellery and bike among valuables stolen in burglaries in Sheffield

Jewellery was stolen when a burglar sneaked into a house in Sheffield through an unlocked door.

The crook struck at a house in Charnock Hall Road, Charnock.

Another stole a bike from a garage in Hill Turrets Close, Parkhead, after a door was left open.

Burglaries have also been reported in Brooklyn Road, Meersbrook and Lowedges Road, Lowedges.

Officers are also investigating the the burglary of garden shed on allotments in Bramley Lane, Handsworth.

Tools and equipment were stolen.
