It's green for go as recycling message grows on school children

GREEN fingers and safety first were the themes at Sandringham Primary School in Intake when the pupils took charge of decorating the school's newly installed security fence. The ecologically minded youngsters used empty plastic bottles to create hanging baskets which were placed on the fence to brighten up the new safety feature - bearing in mind the school's efforts to encourage the pupils to "reduce, recycle and reuse".

Jenny Warren, Ahmed Shah and Laura Griffiths were also among the Sandringham pupils who took part in the initiative.
