It can't get any worse
The so called internationals the England football team, what a shambles, the likes of Rooney, Vardy and Kane the so called top strikers were shown the door by Iceland a team of mainly part timers.
Maybe if the England team had left their wives, girlfriends and kids at home and got on with the job in hand instead of treating the episode as a holiday jaunt, we might still be a world class team, the players were on a mission for England not a family holiday.
What with the EU and now Iceland a small nation showing us how to play soccer, what next? Maybe a woman manager would do a better job, it can’t get any worse.
