Seeing the emergency exercise at the Trafford Centre in the event a mass terrorist bombing I cannot see how it all helps.
If some maniac has a suicide belt and a death wish and you are near that person, the chances are you are a goner as well.
Isis don’t send calling cards, they just turn up and cause as much carnage as possible. No amount of training can prepare us for this.
