'Inconsiderate' Sheffield driver fined for causing obstruction
An 'inconsiderate' Sheffield driver has been fined for causing an obstruction to a fellow driver, and making them lose a day's work.
A spokesman for the Sheffield North East Neighbourhood Policing Team explained: "Page Hall PCSOs have spoken to this inconsiderate driver who has bagged himself a £30 fine for causing an obstruction making a local resident lose a days work.
"He arrived just in the nick of time before his vehicle was towed away."
