The impressive statistics behind Sheffield United's win over Millwall
Sheffield United maintained their fourth place play-off position in the Championship tableÂ with a late comeback against Millwall at the weekend as the Blades won 3-2 at The Den.
It's not just the final result that was impressive from Chris Wilder's men however, as statistics from EFL Stats show United put in a dominant offensive performance over 90 minutes.
The Blades had the third highest possession in the league over the weekend's matches with 66 per cent, behind Brentford on 69 per cent and Derby County who had an impressive 74 per cent possession against Bolton Wanderers.
United were also in the top five teams for passing accuracy, with 80 per cent of balls finding their intended target.Â
Only Stoke (81%), Brentford (83%), Derby (85%) and Swansea (87%) had better pass accuracy.
Unsurprisingly, the Blades also had one of the highest number of completed passes with 430 during the 90 minutes, which was only beaten by Swansea's 660 and Derby's 602.
Wilder's side also came in the top five for number of dribbles '“Â they completed the second highest in the Championship with seven, the same number as Swansea and Birmingham City and just behind QPR's 11.
The BladesÂ travel to Blackburn away on Wednesday in their next Championship match.
