Hunt for man who attempted to rob Doncaster bakery armed with rolling pin

Police are hunting for a man who threatened staff with a rolling pin as he attempted to rob a Doncaster bakery.

The incident occurred at 2.20pm on Monday, April 25, when it is reported that an unknown man walked in to the bakery, in Marshland Road, Moorends, and threatened a staff member with a rolling pin.

The staff member was not injured and the suspect fled the scene on foot without taking anything.

Police have this afternoon released this CCTV image in a bid to located the man pictured, who they believe could hold important information which would help with their enquiries.
