Huge delays after car bursts into flames on M1 near Sheffield

Highways England revealed that the car fire started at around 9.15am and warned 'traffic may be held shortly'.

Delays are building between J35A Tankersley and J36 Hoyland as firefighters battle the blaze.

Motorists have been warned to expect long delays in the area.
