How a Sheffield actress, aged 10, became a star of the YouTube phenomenon Kiddyzuzaa
Scarlett Archer, from Hunters Bar, is only 10 but has already appeared in a Hollywood film, lent her voice to a best-selling video game and featured in numerous TV commercials.
However, she is best known for her work on the hit YouTube channel Kiddyzuzaa - and its animated spin-off Kiddyzuzaa Land - playing the very modern Princess Esme and the prank-loving witch Malice, among other popular characters.

Scarlett got into acting when she joined the drama school Stagecoach aged four, and her first big break came when she appeared aged five at Sheffield's Lyceum theatre in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat - a role she would reprise over Christmas the following two years.
But her career really took off last year after she auditioned for Kiddyzuzaa, aged nine, and her singing, dancing and acting skills earned her a regular spot on the channel.
Proud mum Gina Archer said: "When they started the show I don't think anyone realised how big it was going to be but it's become huge in Britain and America.

This being the digital age, Scarlett may not be drowning under piles of fan mail but is instead inundated with messages from viewers on YouTube.
Although her Kiddyzuzaa work pays well - money which is going into Scarlett's university fund - her mum says it is video games where the big bucks are to be found.
Scarlett, who attends Sheffield Girls High School, spends much of her holidays recording down in London and also gets special dispensation to miss the occasional day of school so she can be in the studio.

"I love acting but I never imagined how popular Kiddyzuzaa would become. I've even had people come up to me when I'm playing in the park because they recognise me from the show," she said.
"I love playing all the characters but my favourite has to be Esme because she's really cheeky and loves eating, a bit like me."
