The total squad cost for every team in the Championship has been revealed but where do Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday rank?
It’s been a season of mixed fortunes for both Sheffield’s clubs with United and Wednesday currently separated by 16 points.
Chris Wilder’s side have been enjoying their first season back in the Championship after six season in League One and are still pushing for a play-off place.
The Blades are just three points off sixth-placed Millwall with three games left after being top of the table for a spell in October.

However, after reaching the play-offs themselves last season, it’s been a campaign to forget for Wednesday fans.
The club parted company with Carlos Carvalhal in December after a disappointing run of results and replaced him with Dutchman Jos Luhukay.
Wednesday’s 1-0 win over Hull at the weekend put them onto 50 points for the season, assuring them of survival but leaving a lot of room for improvement.
Much has been made of the gap between United and Wednesday among rival fans, as well as how much each squad cost to assemble.
While Wednesday’s squad includes big-money purchases including Jordan Rhodes for £10m and Adam Reach for £5m, United’s was assembled for much cheaper.
