This situation has to be the fault of poor leadership in the schools and the inability or even unwillingness of the Labour council to do anything about it.

Hide AdThis is a reflection on the lack of aspiration on the part of the schools and the council on behalf of the pupils, and constitutes a condemnation of bright pupils to a lesser education and eventually poorer qualifications for the world of work.
If Lowfield Primary can do it, others should be able to, and significant improvements should be made within the next year or two.
