Homes hit by sneak-in raids
A PURSE was taken from inside a house in Myrtle Grove, Auckley, on Thursday afternoon while the occupant was in the front garden.
It was one of two sneak-in burglaries reported to police on the same day.
In a separate incident in Highfield Road, Conisbrough, a handbag was stolen. Entry was gained through an unlocked back door.
