Problems facing homeless people of all ages will come under the spotlight with a free debate in Sheffield.
Organised by city young people’s homeless charity Roundabout, Big Issue in the North and SAVE, the event, at 18-22 Union Street, is part of the Sheffield Festival of Debate.
A discussion led by an expert panel and audience question and answer session will examine the issues facing people who sleep rough or are in temporary, unsuitable or vulnerable housing.
Thursday’s debate will hear from people affected by homelessness and what actions they would like to see to address these issues, as well as ways to overcome barriers to political engagement.
