Hillsborough inquest
Now that the Hillsborough Inquest has reached its verdict on the culpability of the South Yorkshire police, there will no doubt be many questions that voters will want to ask the candidates in the Police and Crime Commissioner election, due next week, about next steps.
They will have the opportunity to do so at the PCC hustings tonight, hosted by Sheffield for Democracy, at 7pm at St Mary’s, Bramall Lane.
All the candidates will be there, to say why they are standing and to answer questions.
