Here comes the bride as Town Hall vows to make big day complete

HERE comes the bride! Couples searching for the perfect place to tie the knot were invited to an open day at Sheffield Town Hall to find out about all it can offer for their special day.

The wedding and civil partnerships open day gave prospective couples the chance to view the grade one listed building, which offers a ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception package.

Loving couples toured the reception rooms and viewed the grand staircase and main entrance, perfect backdrops for wedding photos.

Drinks and canaps were served to give a taste of the catering services.

Exhibitors included John Lewis’s Gift List service, Poseurs hair and beauty, IDJ1 discos and John Vaughan Floral Designs.

Balmoral Wedding Cars showed off stunning wedding transport.

Coun Steve Jones, deputy leader of Sheffield Council, said: “It gave people the chance to have a look round these fantastic rooms.”
