Staff at a Sheffield supermarket raised £3,500 for prostate cancer sufferers with a charity football match.

Workers at Asda in Chapeltown took part in the five-a-side game at Thorncliffe Recreation Ground in High Green.

As well as the football match, a raffle and tombola were held and collections were taken with all proceeds going towards Prostate Cancer UK.

Staff at the supermarket organised the game after a colleague was diagnosed with the condition.

The charity offers information and advice to patients, as well as funding research.
