A GROUP of five daredevils raised hundreds of pounds when they took the plunge for charity.

Insurance agent James Brennan, of NFU mutual in Sheffield, represented the branch in a fundraising skydive and roped in pals David Campbell, Lewis Sellers, Tom Fisher and Sarah Malpas.

They jumped from 13,000ft in the event, which involved staff from NFU Mutual from across the UK. Together, the South Yorkshire representatives raised £912.50 for the Make a Wish Foundation.

James said: “On the day in question there was some nervous banter between the five of us with the reality of what we had agreed to do looming!

“But the reason we were there was in all our minds and we were aware of the excellent cause which we were helping.”
