Have your say

A WOMEN’S Health Festival is being held at the weekend by volunteers.

The event, which is taking place on Saturday at the Old Junior School, on South View Road in Sharrow, will run from 11am until 4pm and admission is free.

Up to 20 stalls staffed by local organisations will provide local and international food, beauty treatments, children’s arts and crafts, a range of new and nearly new homeware and clothes, information and advice.

A number of guest speakers will be there including Sheffield Council cabinet member for health and social care, Coun Mary Lea.

Money raised from the event will go to charities including Breast Cancer Care, Ship-Shape Diabetes Group and a number of local women’s projects.
