Halloween horror for driver as car is plastered with NINE parking tickets in Kelham Island
The pale yellow vehicle was snapped by an eagle-eyed member of the public in the car park opposite Kelham Island Tavern, in Russell Street.
It may be Halloween, but at £60 a ticket the £540 racked up in fines is a much scarier proposition than any number of ghosts and ghouls.

Whatever the reason, if you know the owner you might want to tell them to head down sharpish before the windows are completely obscured by fines.
That heads up is one treat they will surely appreciate on this witching day.
