Green light for two new homes in garden of property
Plans for two new homes on a residential street look set to be approved despite a raft of objections from residents.
Developers want to build the three-bedroom, semi-detached homes in the garden of a property in Florence Road, in the Woodseats area of Sheffield.
A total of 10 residents have raised objections to the proposal, raising concerns over parking, over-development, and the felling of trees on the site.
The application is recommended for approval with conditions, when it is discussed by Sheffield City Council’s next planning and highways committee, set to take place on Tuesday, May 22.
