Going yellow for Marie Curie

Have your say

FUNDRAISERS are feeling mellow yellow for the Marie Curie Cancer Care’s Great Daffodil Appeal taking place across Sheffield from today.

The Great Daffodil Appeal is Marie Curie’s biggest fundraiser, and encourages everyone to support those with a terminal illness by giving a donation and wearing a daffodil pin throughout March.

All funds raised will help Marie Curie Nurses to provide more free care to local people with a terminal illness in their own home.

Daffodil pins can be picked up from Marie Curie collectors and Marie Curie shops, and collections are being held at supermarkets including Tesco at Berkeley Precinct, Asda in Handsworth, Lidl in Stocksbridge, Tesco on Herries Road and Sainsbury’s on Archer Road.
