DROP-IN consultation sessions are being held about planned cuts to Sheffield’s library service.
Users are being invited to give their views on where savings can be made and what should be protected.
Two sessions are being held at Sheffield Town Hall this Friday, September 7, between 12.30pm and 4pm, and on Tuesday, September 25, between 9.30am and 12.30pm.
Coun Mazher Iqbal, council cabinet member for communities, said: “We’re keen to get a clear picture of library requirements for the whole city.”
■ Library users can still fill in a survey form either online at www.sheffield.gov.uk/libraryreview or at any of the city council’s community, mobile and home library services. The closing date for responses is October 8.
