Girls in school uniform caught with alcohol at troubled McDonald's in Sheffield

Alcohol has been confiscated from a group of children, some of whom were wearing school uniform, at a McDonald's in Sheffield.

The youths were searched by police at the fast food restaurant on Penistone Road, which has been plagued by anti-social behaviour.

Officers said this evening: "A search was made of a group of females all aged under 18 years tonight and alcoholic drinks were found on persons. Even more surprising was that some of the girls were wearing school uniform.
