Girl, aged eight, seriously hurt in collision
A girl, aged eight, suffered serious head injuries in a crash on north Derbyshire.
The youngster was hit by a car in Church Drive Shirebrook, at 4.50pm on Wednesday.
She is being treated at Sheffield Children's Hospital.
Sergeant Donna Tovell, who is investigating the incident, wants to trace witnesses, including the driver of a other car travelling along the road at the time.
