A giant indoor trampoline park is set to open in Rotherham this month - and it has created 45 new jobs.

Customers at the Parkgate site will be able to bounce off the walls, trampolining across 30,000 square feet.

There will also be dodgeball, wall running, slam dunk nets and fitness classes.

Owners Jump-Inc say the new site, which will open at the end of the month, has created 45 new jobs.

A spokesman for the firm said: “We have tried to show our commitment to our new work colleagues by offering hourly contracts, which we thought was important to demonstrate our commitment and stay away from zero hour contracts.

“There will also be junior trampoline classes, fitness classes and wall running classes.

“Under 6s will have their own zone for safe play, whilst a safety briefing room will ensure members of the public are fully aware of how to get the most out of their air time. “

Chris Hayes, the founder of Jump Inc., who grew up in Handsworth, Sheffield, said, “We were overwhelmed by the number of extremely high quality candidates that applied for positions with us.

“We had two days of fun with all the candidates and the feedback that we got was brilliant.

“From us offering 45 positions; 44 of those have already accepted our offer.

“We have got some great characters in our team now and we look forward to offering our customers out of this world customer service”.
