CHILDREN are being invited to make a mess in the spirit of science by creating their own slime and ‘egg splat’ during Easter activities at Magna Science Adventure Centre.
The Rotherham attraction has organised a series of workshops over the school holidays designed to be both fun and educational.
There is also an opportunity to handle giant creepy crawlies like tarantulas and snakes during a visit by experts from Animals In-Tuition.
Egg splat workshops run at 11am, 1pm and 3pm from April 2 to 6.
Slime-making is part of the Kitchen Sink Show workshop which takes children on a journey around the materials and objects of everyday life. Workshops run at 11.30am and 2pm from April 9 to 13.
Entry to workshops is for a small fee and are open to visitors with general admission tickets.
