CYCLISTS in South Yorkshire are being urged to get on their bikes by the British Heart Foundation.
The Peak District Mountain Bike Challenge takes place on Saturday, September 29, with participants tackling the terrain around the Hope Valley area.
Riders can do battle with one of four circuits with routes of 15, 24, 34 ord 39 miles.
BHF event organiser Hannah Carling said: “Cycling is such a fantastic sport to keep your heart healthy.”
