Generous Lego donation for Sheffield kids hospital

A car full of Lego has been donated to Sheffield Children's Hospital, to entertain children on the wards and in hospices.

The Lego sets were donated by Fairy Bricks, a national charity that provide Lego sets to brighten children’s lives and help make a dark time a little bit more joyful.

A spokesman for the charity said: “As one of the biggest Children’s hospital’s in the country, Sheffield was long overdue a donation, so we made it a big one! £2400 worth of Lego was delivered, which we hope will provide distraction for children from their illnesses.”
