
Members of the Don Valley Railway group, which aims to restore rail services from Deepcar to Sheffield, have joined those asking for the tram network to extend to the north western edge of the city.
Last week Stocksbridge city councillor Jack Clarkson demanded 'immediate' action to create a Stocksbridge link, echoing the majority of voters in a Star poll.
