Funny old world
I tried to park near the Cathedral on Tuesday to pop in RBS next to the Cutlers' Hall.
Something must have been going off, people dressed to impress, posh cars with private plates parked in unmarked spaces and on the Cathedral grounds with no pay and display tickets. Not a traffic warden to be seen.
