Runners will take part in a Sheffield 10K charity run for BTRS (Brain Tumour Research and Support across Yorkshire)

Run for All Sheffield 10k is taking place in its debut year in Sheffield on October 30 and Brain Tumour Research and Support across Yorkshire (BTRS) is urging people to use the event to raise funds for them.

Organisers say that all runners and supporters will experience an unrivalled atmosphere and an electric finish of this fantastic race.

An organiser said: “We know that this run will attract people of all running capabilities, from the enthusiast to the elite, and we want to make sure that we will cater for each and every one of our runners.”

There is a minimum fundraising goal of £100. All money raised from the Sheffield 10k will help provide support to patients and families across Yorkshire affected by a brain tumour, as well as assisting in funding vital brain tumour research, to help BTRS get closer to finding a cure for this devastating disease. BTRS is currently funding research in Sheffield and Leeds.
