Fuel poverty relief project

Have your say

FAMILIES from the black and ethnic minority communities are being offered help to tackle fuel poverty.

The initiative is being run by Rotherham’s Tassibee project, with funding from the Scottish Power Energy People Trust.

Tassibee project workers will target local families in fuel poverty especially those families with young children under 5 and older family members over 55. They will work with residents to improve understanding of utility bills, how to keep homes warm and improve energy efficiency.
