Fresh plan for flats at former Sheffield pub

New plans have been submitted to turn a former pub into flats, and build a new block of apartments.

Proposals were lodged last year to change the Ball Inn, on Myrtle Road, Heeley, into five flats, and put up 11 apartments on the site.

However, the application was later withdrawn.

Now the previous scheme has been redesigned to reduce overlooking, as well as to simplify the design of the new block and decrease its size.
