Free tennis for all as part of Great British Tennis Weekend

GBTW is a nationwide ‘open days’ campaign to encourage more people to play tennis by offering free opportunities to play.

Visitors to the tennis club, between 10am and 4pm on Sunday, will be able to get involved in organised games, coaching, mini-tennis and cardio tennis completely free of charge.

Club membership officer Anne Postlethwaite said: “This is the third year we’ve run an open day as part of GBTW and it’s a great way to have some fun, find out about sessions at the club and see what the club has to offer. You don’t have to be a member to take part, so it’s a chance to find out what a great sport tennis is.”
