Amateur astronomers can get tips on observing Orion, Venus, Mars and Uranus during 'Planets in the Park' at Clifton Park Walled Garden in Rotherham this Saturday, February 18.

Mexborough and Swinton Astronomical Society has teamed up with the Friends of Clifton Park to organise the evening of stargazing, including a presentation and displays, from 6pm to 8.30pm.

Members of the society will be on hand to answer your questions and if you bring along your telescope they can show you how to set it up to get the best view.
